“Do you think it’s only effective to use internal recruitment for executive positions? Do you think internal recruitment still builds motivation when the move is lateral? I think what the vacant position is plays a part in determining whether to hire internally or externally. I’ve heard people get frustrated when job ads are posted yet they company has already decided to hire internally. Is it necessary to post job ad externally, when you have top valid candidates internally?”
